What is the material of your accessories?
All our accessories are made of stainless steel, a material with great durability and water resistance.
Are Shipping Fees free? How long does it take to arrive after purchase?
Shipping is Free for Portugal on purchases equal to or greater than €50. For other EU countries they are free on purchases equal to or greater than €100.
We usually ship your order 1-2 business days after your purchase and payment confirmation. Customized items may take a little longer.
After shipping , CTT takes between 1-2 working days to deliver your order to Portugal in mainland Portugal and 2-3 working days to the islands. For the remaining EU countries it takes between 4 and 6 working days.
What care should I take with accessories?
To ensure their durability, you should avoid directly applying creams, perfumes, detergents and other products that may contain chemicals.
Do your accessories darken and/or stain the skin with use?
No! All our accessories are made of high quality stainless steel.
Unlike costume jewelry, often found in supermarkets, this material does not darken or stain the skin.
It is therefore much more suitable for sensitive skin.
Are your accessories handmade? Do you make custom items?
Most of our items are handmade by us, such as necklaces, bracelets, scrunchies and some earrings.
We also make personalized items through laser engraving and charm necklaces .
If you want an item with a different size or pendant, you can always contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
