Exchange or Return

BIZZU makes it possible to exchange or return items, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.


The items must be returned duly accompanied by the Original Invoice. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and, ideally, shipment should be made by registered mail in order to avoid loss.


To make returns or exchanges, you must contact BIZZU in advance via email hello@bizzu.pt to inform you of that decision and to indicate the steps to follow.


The return and exchange of articles must comply with the following conditions:
- Return of the articles in full, without signs of use, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice;
- Exchanges or returns of personalized items according to the Customer's specifications or mystery items are not accepted.


The Customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent to their shipment.


All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return for those that respect the exchange or return conditions.

BIZZU reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.


If you have received an item that is defective or does not match the order, BIZZU will be responsible for the costs of returning and reshipping.

To be eligible for exchange or return, these items must also not have been used or modified and the packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered.

If everything is in accordance with the information mentioned above, and the customer does not opt for an exchange, a refund will be made to the payment method chosen in the purchase and this will be available within a period of up to 14 days from receipt and respective inspection by part of BIZZU.
